Please Note, 1% listing services are provided by the listing agent to represent the owner. However, the process of selling a house will involve a co-operative agent to represent the buyer. Most property owners choose to pay an additional 2.5% service fee of the sold price to the co-operative brokerage. The owner provides 1% services fee to our brokerage together with a 2.5% service fee to co-operative brokerage. The total 3.5% services fee with HST will be deducted from the sold price.
